PROJECT BRIEF
A Mechanical industry playes wanted to expand its production capacity and bought a bigger land wherein this manufacturing plant was designed and executed. Unlike other plants, this had a separate Admin & Engineering Block just attached to the Plant Building leaving a connecting common corridor in between. The Admin block was designed facing the main Front Road as an RCC structure and also facing the West direction. All other supporting structures were located along side the internal road. The manufacturing building is a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB). The design scope include the over-all Master Planning with Green and Landscape Areas as well.
