This project is for a Chemical Industry and our scope was up to Basic Design and Tender only. The Site area was more than 99000 sqm and contained many Plant and Non-plant as well as Utility buildings connected by a massive internal road network. The design scope include the over-all Master Planning with Green and Landscape Areas as well.
Contains : Chemical Plant with Future Expansion provision, Separate Admin and Canteen Block, Workers Change room Facility and Common Toilet Block, Electrical Sub-station, Plant Workshops, Utility blocks, Fire Water storage Tanks and Pump House, etc.
