PROJECT BRIEF
This Residential Township / Plotted development located at approx 45 km from Ahmedabad City is has a Club house building having Contemporary Architectural Design.
DNS studied the old Architectural drawings, existing actual building conditions on site and also understood the Structural design elements. The Entire Look of the already existed building was simply out dated compared to current design trends and DNS put in efforts by adding contemporary Architectural Elements such as a slick canopy with pergola and water fountain body at the entrance foyer, the double height volume of Entrance foyer was provided with full glazed openings facing the North sky and allowing maximum daylight. The Entire Ground floor Facade wall was cladded using Local Stone to make the building look more prominent on the Site and the upper volume to look lighter.
The thinness of the Front Canopy on slick M.S. Columns made the structure with overall facade look more lighter and elegant.
The Landscape Design of the Frontage and rear Swiming pool and surrounding is also designed by DNS.
